I wish to view the original size of the photo by clicking on the photo, it can only enlarge a little bit and only part of the photo can be displayed. How can I view the original full sized photo? Thanks a lot.

I hope you are running the latest version of Fotosaver (version 4.0). If not, download the latest version from this site. Some earlier versions did not show the complete image when it was clicked-on and that might be the answer that you are looking for.

Please let me know if you are running the latest version so that I can try to understand better your question.

Yes, mine is version 4.0 What is IPTC at the right bottom of the image in your site's sample album which does not appear in mine.Thanks a lot.

Check out www.iptc.org - IPTC is information about a photo that can be added by Adobe Photoshop and other similar programs.

If you are running version 4.0 then I really don't understand your original question - there is no such thing as "the original size of the photo"

Fotosaver I suppose should be a fantastic software. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the program but the result was still the same. Moreover, I found that the EDIT and FORMAT functions are grey that I can't use. Alfred, please try your best to solve my problems because I basically love this software very much! Thanks a lot!

If the Edit and Format menu items are grey, it is because you have selected the "Photos only" button. If you select the "Photos and text" button, these menu items will become visible. Clearly, if you are not editing text, these two menu items are inappropriate.
