Hi I was wondering if anyone can assist me. I have downloaded V3 and when I go to import my pictures, I scroll through the import list to the folder which has my pictures, however none show up, so I can't select any to import. Any help would be appreciated Thanks Dax

Hi Dax,

I am trying to grasp your question. :=)

  1. Just go the folder - that will not display the photos that may be imported
  2. Click on the folder so as to make sure that the "List photos" button is enabled
  3. Click on the "List photos" button - this will show all the .jpeg and .jpg files
  4. If there are any photos that can be imported, click on the now enabled "Import photos" button

I hope this is clear. If you select, say, your C-drive, listing all the photos may take quite a while as the whole disk-directory must be scanned.

Good luck,

Hi Alfred Thanks for your reply. My problem was that when I clicked on the folder with the photos nothing came up, yet I know there are 10 photos in the folder. I've discovered what the problem is. I was double clicking the folder and the list photos button was staying unselected. However if I click just once on the folder name the List Photos button would become active. Does this make sense? Thansk again Cheers Dax

Hello Dax,

You are absolutely right.

However, I am glad it is now working. If you don't mind, I think I won't change the program unless there is real need to let double-clicking work the same way as the single-click.

By the way, I am sorry about the forum spewing out all the messages when only one is selected. It is something on my "to be fixed" list.

All the best,

Alfred
