How to select photos

Firstly, open the FotoAlbum which contains the photos/images that you wish to manipulate. There are numerous ways of selecting photos. Photos have three possible states - hidden, visible and selected, or, visible and not selected. Selections act as filters to help you locate photos rapidly.

Click on check-box next to photo
Press the Select all visible button - deselect with the Deselect all visible button
Select the menu item Select >> All to make all the photos visible and selected - displays all hidden photos.
Select >> By keywords to choose photos by keywords. The keywords are added to each photo by pressing the Keywords button and entering the values.
Select >> By Date(s) to select photos within a particular period. The date and time of each photo can be changed by pressing the Change date/time button and choosing the appropriate value.
Select >> Reverse of current selection can be used to find photos after selecting the unwanted photos first.
Select >> Photos with few keywords is useful when adding keywords to photos - to ensure no photos are overlooked.
Select >> Ticked photos hides all photos that are not ticked
