How to export selected photos to an existing FotoAlbum

1. Open the FotoAlbum which contains the photos that you wish to export.
2. Select the photos that you wish to export (make sure they are ticked)
3. Select the menu item Export >> selected photos and text to an existing FotoAlbum - this will display a new FotoAlbum dialog
4. Choose the options that you would like this new FotoAlbum to have and press the OK button. This will bring up a dialog.
5. Give your new FotoAlbum a name and select the folder that it should be placed in and then press the Create button.
6. The selected photos are copies to the new FotoAlbum.
7. Check the new FotoAlbum by closing the current FotoAlbum File >> Close and opening the new one File >> Open FotoAlbum.

   Note

   If you have chosen to limit what may be done with the new FotoAlbum (by using Allow options), you should copy this FotoAlbum to another PC to test - all Allow rights are maintained on the PC that it was created on.
