How to generate a website with photos and text
- Ensure that you have downloaded FotoSaver version
2.2
- With Windows Explorer, create a directory into which
the website will be placed.
- Open the FotoAlbum containing the photos that you
wish to publish - don't forget that you can place
photos from several FotoAlbums into one.
- Tick the photos that you wish to include - the titles
and descriptions may be edited.
- Select the menu item Website >> Create
- this will display a dialog
- Click on the Root directory button
and select the directory mentioned above.
- Click the Create website button. This will
generate a website. Check the website to understand
what it does.
- Modify the template files that have been placed
in your directory as required - make sure that the
embedded comments are not modified in any way or the
generation process will not be successful.
- Change the parameters on the generation parameters
dialog, if you wish, and try out the resulting websites.
- Many common HTML tags may be used to enhance the
appearance of the resulting website. Experiment!
